I CAN Catch Criminals

We’re VERY close to completing our long awaited how-to manual - I CAN Catch Criminals.

We have been working on this for a significant amount of time and are just about ready to release it.

The manual will be focused on how to set up your video surveillance to give the results you need to catch and convict. Not just observe someone’s movements, which is what most systems do. (despite what the salesman told you)

We have covered the core traps that most installers fall for, which mean you – the end user – ends up with a system that is of no use to the police. I am not saying this is the installers or the sales persons fault because many of them simply do not know what the police need for an image to be used as evidence and give you what they genuinely believe is a good design.

Some of the topics:

  • Best camera locations
  • Lighting requirements of a camera
  • Resolution and scenes to obtain identification quality
  • Selecting the camera & lens to suit the location
  • How to maintain your system so it is working when you need it
  • How to increase the deterrent value of cameras
  • Remotely viewing your cameras

HOWEVER we need your help before we can release it.We don’t want to release the manual until we know that it covers off ALL of your major concerns and questions.

This is where you come in.Please take a few minutes to answer this super short survey – HERE it is

What are the two things you wish your surveillance cameras could do better?

We would welcome more than two but don’t want to take too much of your time.
